Lunch on the Square
Our Lunch on the Square events will be put on pause for 2023. We are thankful for your support and attendance and hope you will enjoy our other downtown events throughout the season!
Chariton Farmers Market
Enjoy a stroll through the Chariton Farmers Market and discover locally grown produce, homemade baked goods, and handmade items. Our Farmers Market begins the second Thursday in May and is held every Thursday through the first week of October. Each week brings new goodies as well as surprise demonstrations, free recipes, and more.
Step back in time and enjoy live music from Chariton's Community Band. Bring a lawn chair and claim a spot around the Larry J. Clark Memorial Gazebo, located on the northeast corner of the square. Free popcorn and lemonade are served each week.
Concerts are held at 7 PM during the month of June. Check the Community Calendar for more information!
